TRIAXIS PRIVATE ADVISORY

Private advisory for business owners, professionals, and families facing consequential decisions.

When your CPA, attorney, investment professional, business, and family each hold part of the answer, someone still has to connect the decision.

TriAxis helps you clarify what must be decided, coordinate the right professionals, and turn complexity into an actionable structure.

Discuss Your Situation

Referred by your CPA or another trusted professional? Start with the decision they asked you to discuss.

WHY YOU MAY HAVE BEEN REFERRED

The advice may be sound. The decision is still yours.

Your business, entities, family, and advisers have become harder to coordinate.

Each professional may be answering a different part of the same question.

You remain responsible for understanding the tradeoffs and deciding what happens first.

WHEN TO CALL

A consequential decision no longer fits inside one professional lane.

You do not need a family office plan before calling. You need a decision whose legal, financial, operational, ownership, or family consequences can no longer be understood separately.

Your CPA and attorney are solving different parts of the same decision.

Your professionals may each be providing sound advice within their own discipline, but you still need to understand how the answers fit into one decision and what must happen first.

Your entities, ownership, and responsibilities have become difficult to follow.

The business may have grown one transaction or entity at a time. Now no one person can quickly explain how the pieces affect the decision in front of you.

A partner, acquisition, sale, or transition is affecting more than the transaction.

Ownership, taxes, control, personal liquidity, family priorities, and life after the transaction may all need to be considered together.

You are the only person connecting the business, the professionals, and the family.

Important context lives across conversations, documents, and people. The structure should not depend on one person remembering every relationship and unresolved question.

Your Decision Brief

A partner is ready to leave. You are considering a buyout.

The decision is open.
The work begins with the unanswered questions.

What can each partner agree to?
Retained attorney

Review the governing documents, transfer terms, and any restrictions before terms are discussed.

What would the buyout leave available?
CPA and financing professional

Assess tax consequences, business cash needs, and funding assumptions together.

Who would run the business afterward?
Owner and operating team

Identify responsibilities, key relationships, and knowledge that would need to transfer.

What does the family need to protect?
Owner and retained advisers

Clarify household commitments and personal exposure the proposed terms would create.

The part TriAxis does

TriAxis frames the buyout as one decision, sequences these questions, and keeps every professional working from the same facts, so you are not relaying answers between them.

What you leave the first conversation with

A shared brief with the open questions, who owns each one, and the order they should be answered in.

Discuss this decision

Opens your email app with the subject and a short outline filled in. Nothing is sent until you send it.

Illustrative, not advice. The questions and sequence depend on your facts. Each retained professional advises within a separate engagement.

Clear boundaries

The boundaries are part of the service.

TriAxis does not take custody of client assets.

TriAxis does not exercise investment discretion.

TriAxis does not execute transactions or recommend securities.

TriAxis does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or investment advisory services.

TriAxis does not replace the client’s retained professionals.

We don’t manage assets. We design how families make decisions. TriAxis helps the client and family frame the whole decision and coordinate specialized work. Each professional remains responsible for advice and services within a separate engagement and discipline.

Founder’s Journey

I built TriAxis because I was carrying the same responsibility.

My income kept rising, but my time never came back. I took my laptop on family vacations and worked by the pool while my kids played.

As my businesses, investments, and family responsibilities grew, I was still the person connecting every decision. I began building a structure my family could understand and use, even if I were unavailable. TriAxis grew from that work.

The goal was never more income. It was more time with my kids while they still want to spend it with me.
